Held every Monday & Wednesday 6-7pm, and Saturdays 11am-12pm through January & February 2017!
40 seconds on each Functional Fitness Station: Varied with Weighted or Body Weight exercises, Targeting Large Muscle Groups in Functional Everyday Activity Motions.
1 minute of rest in between each Station.
2-3 rounds of Station Circuits.
Warm ups, Cool Downs, & Yoga based Stretches.
All Levels are Welcome, Andrew is right there to help you modify to your level of fitness of the day.
Each class is only $10!
